Photography Evaluation Write Up

My intention of the sixth photograph was to get one of the characters in what he usually does on a day to day basis. I did set up a depth of field for this photograph with the background being out of focus and then the character being in focus.

I selected this photograph because i liked the way the character was just about to throw the ball and the way that you could see everything in the background. It fulfilled the purpose best because some of the shots that were taken were unusable due to one of them only being able to see. Others did not have the position of the character that. I really like how the background is slightly out of focus. It was suitable for the poster and dvd box because of the way everything was presented in the photograph.

When i edited the photograph i cropped it down to cut the unwanted parts out as i thought that it was not needed.I adjusted the brightness and contrast -27 and 2. I then changed the levels to 9 1.32 255. Then changed the vibrance to 40 -5.

I really like the way the way the final photograph turned out. I wanted the photograph to look slightly darker then the original.

The purpose of this photograph was to show apart of the film in the DVD box to want you to see more. It contributes to the success of the photograph as it adds something to the back of the DVD box other than it being blank without it.

Photography Evaluation Write Up

My intention of the 5th photograph was to get an action sequence showing one of the characters. I wanted to show what was happening in the film at a point in time. I did set up a depth of field for this photograph with the attacker being in focus then in the background the basketball being out of focus.

I selected this photograph because i liked the way the characters were positioned and the way the camera was angled. It fulfilled the purpose best because some of the shots that were taken were unusable due to things just not being able to see some objects or just did not like the angle of the camera. Others did not have everything that this photograph had. I really like were the trees are in this photograph. It thought that it was suitable for the DVD box.

When i edited the photograph i cropped it down to cut the unwanted parts out as it was not needed. On this photograph i only changed the brightness and contrast to - 11 20.

I really like the way the way the final photograph turned out. I wanted it to look slightly darker then the original. When i put it into my DVD box  i cut diagonally down the attackers body as i put it in.
