Photography Evaluation Write Up

My intention for this photograph was to get the MRC building at a good angle for the bottom of my poster. I walked around the MRC building with my camera and tri pod trying to get different angles of the MRC. 

I selected this photograph because i liked the way the building was positioned. I also really liked how the sign was presented in the foreground of the photograph. There was no depth of field used for this photograph.

I edited the photograph by cropping the left and bottom side down so that it just keeps the sign in. I firstly changed the brightness and contrast to -55 60. The levels were then changed to 27 1.53 255. I slightly adjusted the curves and exposure. Then i changed the vibrance to -66.

I think that this photograph is used very well especially with the sign in the foreground.

I think that this photograph was used very well as it shows where part of the film is taken place. It contributes to the success of the overall poster that it dose not make the poster look boring or blank.
